Aviation and Airspace Management under Rough Set Theory

With the development of aviation industry, a series problems have appeared in and airspace, among which most prominent problem is congestion airspace. Airspace has become major civil China. Especially central eastern regions China, airspace becoming more serious. To better solve congestion, rough set theory Fuzzy C-means (FCM) model are first analyzed. By analyzing temporal spatial characteristics traffic control sector, multisector identification established based on radar track data. Four including equivalent volume, proximity, saturation, density established. FCM used to classify identify sector congestion. Finally, FCM-rough compared with other methods data regional northwest The experimental results show that recognition rate 92.6%, 93.5%, 94.2%, misjudgment 1.5%, 1.2%, 1.3%, respectively. Hence, high low rate, overall discrimination result relatively stable. comparing proposed method methods, it concluded accuracy superior methods. In summary, situation affected by variety macro- micro-characteristics feasible efficient. Multisector certain application value for planning, air control-assisted decision making, flow management. This work can optimize management system provide relevant suggestions study
